payment & cancellation policy

Payment works as follows: After we have discussed ideas and decided to work together a non-refundable $500 planning fee is due before before we create your itinerary. This fee is per trip and will be credited to the overall cost of the trip should you decide to move forward. There is no limit to the number of changes you would like to make to the initial itinerary. Once you are happy with the proposed itinerary, a 50% deposit of the total trip price is due to begin securing reservations. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the trip begins.

All planning fees are non refundable. The trip deposit is fully refundable up until 60 days before the trip begins, but is non refundable less than 60 days before the trip begins.

Travel insurance is not included, and we highly recommend purchasing some for both trip cancelation and medical coverage should something unexpected arise. We are happy to help you find the best insurance options for your needs.
