Jeremy

Jeremy loves to travel. Bottom line. He loves to experience different cultures. For Jeremy, culinary expressions are windows into culture. Wine not only exhibits these expressions, but it also tells stories about geography, weather patterns, traditions, and history. Breaking wine down to its pure elements and experiencing it for its taste of place, is a great pleasure in Jeremy's life. That's what he wants to share with the world.

Jeremy started his food & wine career as a chef. Through the years and with the guidance of some very talented chefs he worked his way up the ranks in some of the best Italian, French, Asian fusion, and farm-to-table restaurants in Vermont, Seattle, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Jeremy took what he learned about flavors in food, and desired to apply them to wine so he could have more direct contact with customers. After managing bars for a number of years he decided to take his passion for liquids one step further by training to become a sommelier. Jeremy is the wine buyer for a boutique wine shop and a variety of restaurants in Jackson Hole, Wyoming where he also runs the wine program and designs wine lists at a number of restaurants. Jeremy feels fortunate to have a profession where he can taste wine from all over the world. While enjoying these wines he is transported to the culture and place of its origin, no matter where in the world he is.

 

Jay

Jay has always had a passion for travel and photography which she credits to her Grandmother who passed on her globetrotting itch and bought her first camera at the age of 13. Originally from Canada, after traveling around the world solo for a year, she landed in Australia where she studied photojournalism at Griffith University. After graduation she worked as a news photographer for a number of years before transitioning to freelance photography. When traveling, she loves to sample any and all local cuisine. Tasting the history and pride of the person through their food, and using it as a way to connect to the place she is in. Jay specializes in food, lifestyle and travel photography, and thrives on creating memories for people by capturing authentic moments.

Us

Based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, we are passion driven, outdoor oriented, foodies, who are always planning our next vacation or adventure. Together we have traveled to over 50 countries, drank 1000s of bottles of wine, and share a mutual love of anchovies.
